If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the office 24 hours before an office visit and 48 hours in advance of procedures so that we can offer your appointment to another patient. We will gladly reschedule your appointment.

If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your account.

If you forget to call and cancel or you do not show up for your appointment for a medical procedure 48 hours in advance, a $200 Operating Room Reservation and Operating Support Staff Fee will be charged to your account.


It is our experience that Insurance Carriers do not typically pay these reservation charges. You will be responsible for payment before another appointment can be made. These charges are made to recover the costs incurred by JAG to reserve the room, specialized equipment, and staff used for your appointment.

An office visit is a face-to-face consultation with a physician or physician assistant. No procedure will be performed at a regularly scheduled office visit.

You should bring all of your medications, your driver's license and your insurance card(s). Your insurance may require you to bring a referral from your primary care physician.

You'll receive your procedure in a fully-equipped endoscopy center. Every year, our experienced and friendly staff performs thousands of procedures using the most advanced endoscopic equipment and practices. For specific information about your procedure, please see our Procedures section.

You should bring someone to drive you home after your procedure. Your insurance company may require you to pay a co-payment or bring a referral.
